Did you ever get recognised for any achievements you made, such in a normal day job? This unfortunately does not happen often, because it is your job, you get paid for it and your boss expects it from you to achieve the Best without being recognised for it. That is is unfortunately the expectation in today's cooperation life.
However, in our business people get recognised and valued for even small achievements they made, which is important because then the people do even more without having any expectations.
I got recognised for "just" joining the company , in front of 600 people with a Certificate and a bottle of Champagne! Who doesn't like to receive a bottle of champagne?
This is me receiving a Special Certificate for being the First Distributor to have joined the company and a bottle of Champagne in front of 600 people. I was overwhelmed , proud and now more inspired and motivated then ever before. This was Special and a Special Moment.
